    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows: UAE : Once order it’s purchased, you will normally receive it within 4 to 7 working Days.
    Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

    We offer a range of shipping options, ensuring your order reaches you in pristine condition and a timely manner. In certain cases, a trusted third-party may manage our inventory and handle shipping responsibilities.

    5. Order Cancellation:

    Once an order is confirmed and payment initiated, cancellations are not permitted. Failure to adhere to this policy may incure a 30% cancellation fee.

    For deposits, we accept a 10% deposit to block the product for one month.

    If the total is not paid within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order and keep the deposit.

     

    6. Delayed Orders:

    Should your order face delays, we will promptly notify you and provide a revised estimated delivery date. In the event of a significant delay exceeding 20 working days, you may request a cancellation.

    Delivery Issues

    If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as non-receipt or receiving a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date for assistance. 

     

    7. Refund and Exchange Policy:

    Refunds are generally not accepted. However, in the event of a significant delay exceeding 20 working days, you may request a cancellation.

    The Refund Process can take 7 to 14 working days after the cancellation.

    At SANDS, we strive to provide products of the highest quality. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept exchanges.

    b. Mistakes From Our Side - Exchange Policy:

    In the rare instance of an error on our part, we are committed to facilitating an exchange. If a mistake occurs during the fulfillment of your order, we will gladly exchange the item(s) at no additional cost to you.

    In the event of an error on our part concerning the authenticity of the item, we will immediately proceed with the refund of the item and we will proceed with an a verification with our authentication partners.
