For deposits, we accept a 10% deposit to block the product for one month.
If the total is not paid within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order and keep the deposit.

Should your order face delays, we will promptly notify you and provide a revised estimated delivery date. In the event of a significant delay exceeding 20 working days, you may request a cancellation.
7. Refund and Exchange Policy:
Refunds are generally not accepted, with exchanges possible only for incorrect sizes. However, in the event of a significant delay exceeding 20 working days, you may request a cancellation.
The Refund Process can take 7 to 14 working days after the cancellation.
8. Exchange Policy for Specific Items:
a. Exchanges Only for Size for Items Directly Purchased by Sands
This option is available specifically for shoes and clothing items that have been directly purchased by the Sands team from the shop.
Please note that exchanges items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline size exchanges if the requested size is no longer available and/or if market prices have increased between the time of your purchase to the exchange.
b. No Exchange on Rare and Limited Items:
Please note that exchanges are not available for rare and limited items. These items are considered unique and are exempt from our exchange policy.
c. Mistakes From Our Side - Exchange Policy:
In the rare instance of an error on our part, we are committed to facilitating an exchange. If a mistake occurs during the fulfillment of your order, we will gladly exchange the item(s) at no additional cost to you.
We guarantee the authenticity of all our products.
In the event of an error on our part concerning the authenticity of the item, we will immediately proceed with the refund of the item and we will proceed with an a verification with our authentication partners.
